Wild About Brighton

After too many days indoors, thanks to my health, it’s been refreshing, if unexpected, escaping to Brighton (for reasons too long and dull to go into).

Cloud-watching, gull-watching and enjoying the sounds of the sea are a great way to restore balance. I love looking at the pebbles too, as there’s so much diversity.

Should you find yourself in Brighton, I strongly recommend a trip to Lucky Beach, even if only for one of their delcious and original drinks (though the food is delicious and locally sourced too)

Today, they were donating all proceeds to a school building project in Rwanda (the place their coffee comes from) – and the food and drink were as delicious as the first time I visited.

The perfect way to spend a weekend – particularly with my friend’s cat to snuggle up with.
