Naturally Mindful

Mindfulness is often touted as a way to relieve stress, enhance mood and generally boost health, and increasing amounts of evidence suggest that it can be beneficial.

Different people find different things work for them. However, for me, nature offers lots of scope to lose myself in the present. If you’re looking to escape the whirr of your brain, nature may help you too.
