The Wildlife Trusts are encouraging people to interact with nature every day this June for #30DaysWild. Their website and app are full of ideas, and no matter where you live, there are ways to connect with nature, from planting a tree to making seed-bombs, growing your own fruit and veg to putting out food for birds – and taking photos of them.
Getting out in nature has long been shown to have health benefits. It’s fun, offers a great way to connect with friends and family in a healthy way, and gets you outside to enjoy spring.
Sign up on the 30 Days Wild website, and enjoy going wild this June.
