There are over 250 types of bee in the UK. I never realised this until I started taking flower photographs.
Get outside and head for your nearest patch of lavender, ivy, comfrey, teasels or borage.
If in doubt, head for anywhere with flowers in general but these all seem particularly popular with bees in my experience.
Take some photographs with a steady hand and zoom in closely to see their full magic.
