It’s been a busy week. In addition to cleaning up after my 30 Days Wild adventures, and tending to my ever-expanding drinks’ collection (in both senses of the word), I’ve been preparing for Latitude Festival, where I’m joining the faerie folk of the Faraway Forest for a love revolution.
Then there’s the day job – and seeing my lovely partner. Luckily, he’s willing to #StayWild too.
A few days ago, he suggested we go on a litter picking date. This made me happy as he’d been initially reticent but one session was enough to convert him to the #LoveNotLitter cause.
We set off to our favourite spot, and found it littered with cans- though none where we left art (which was still just visible if a tad trampled).
So we litter picked, and made more art.
We saw a butterfly.
It felt like nature was saying thank you.
Love this! Have fun at the festival. For a change I’m not doing any this year. Still not sure how I feel about that!
Nice date, Of fantasy and purpose
